Privacy Policy

Account details (name, email, ZIP), your pet's profile (species, breed, age, weight, diet, allergies, medications), the information you provide for a consultation, and payment details handled by our processor. We also collect basic usage and device data.

To schedule and deliver your consultation, prepare your nutritionist, generate your feeding plan, send service emails, process payments and refunds, and improve the service.

MealPets and the MyPetID dashboard share a single account so your consultation records, feeding plans, and pet profile are available across both. Information you provide on MealPets is shared with your MyPetID dashboard for this purpose. We do not sell your personal information.

We share data only as needed with the vendors that run the service, including:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Daily — video consultations
• Supabase — accounts and data storage
• Resend / Postmark — transactional email

You can access or update your profile in your dashboard and opt out of marketing emails at any time. We retain consultation and payment records as needed for legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes.
